What We Collect

When you buy a ticket, we get your name and email through our payment processor. If you join the newsletter, we get your email. If you fill out our venue or private event forms, we get the details you type in. And like most websites, we see anonymous usage data such as which pages get visited.

How We Use It

To send your ticket and QR code, to send the plant care guide after your game, to reply when you write to us, and, only if you said yes, to send the weekly newsletter. That's it. We never sell your information, and we never share it beyond the services below that make the site run.

The Services We Use

Stripe processes payments. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us, and we never see or store it. Mailchimp holds the newsletter list. Google Analytics shows us anonymous traffic patterns so we know which pages help people. Meta Pixel helps us measure our ads: it tells Facebook and Instagram when a visit or a ticket purchase came from one of their ads, so we know which ones work. Netlify hosts the site and receives what you submit through our forms.

Your Choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and one click does it. Want your information deleted entirely? Email hello@plantbingoflorida.com and we will remove it, keeping only what payment records legally require.
