2 weeks out — email
One email to your list using the template below. This is consistently the single biggest ticket driver — your regulars trust your inbox.
1 week out — story
Instagram story with the countdown sticker and the ticket link. Reshare our posts whenever they tag you.
Day before — reminder
Story reminder: "Tomorrow night!" + ticket link if seats remain, or "SOLD OUT — come for the bar" if not.
Day of — doors
Story at setup (the plants arriving makes a great post) and one at doors. We'll tag you in everything we shoot that night.
